Getting around in Korea is seriously easy --- You have the option of cheap taxis (orange or silver) or taking the subway which will get you around Seoul very quickly! Since you are likely to stay close to your clinic, and I suggest that you do, you will likely be along the orange line which is super convenient for getting around.
Don't be like me and find yourself lost for 1.5 hours the first time you ride the subway. It's easy to learn and I give you some tips and photos that will help you get started.
